Who we are

Zigmaster is operated by Accélérateur Marketing, 2687 rue Sauvé, Jonquière, Quebec G7S 6A2. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Alexandre Tremblay, founder of Accélérateur Marketing, who can be reached at support@zigmaster.com.

What we collect

We do not collect your name, address, phone number or location. We do not sell your information.

Why

Minimum age

Creating an account is limited to people aged 14 and over. Younger players can play solo mode without an account, since no personal information is collected in that case. If you learn that a child under 14 has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.

Where your data is kept

We rely on three service providers, who only use your information to provide their service to us:

Your information is therefore communicated and stored outside Quebec. Before doing so, we assessed that these providers offer adequate protection: they are bound by contract, encrypt data in transit and use it only to provide their service. However, United States law may allow authorities there to access it.

How long

Your information is kept for as long as your account exists. We delete your account, games and statistics upon request at support@zigmaster.com. If you withdraw your consent to emails, we stop sending them, but your account remains.

Security

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Login is passwordless, using a code sent to your email. Scores are verified by our server, and each player can only access their own information.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your information, its correction or its deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@zigmaster.com. We respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the change is significant, we will let you know in the game.

The French version of this policy prevails in case of discrepancy.
